Tenants Initiative Scheme
We are working with West Devon Borough Council [WDBC] and Tavistock Support Services [TASS] to provide a mentoring service for tenants of Residential Social Landlords, West Devon Homes and Devon and Cornwall Housing Association.
Tenants who agree to move from a two or three bedroomed property into sheltered housing can be assessed by TASS in Tavistock and this Age Concern [ACOT] for consideration for a moving grant of £2,700.
Mentoring and practical help can be given by TASS and ACOT including packing and removing unwanted goods. We can claim a grant for the initial interview and for help requested by the client.
